How to differentiate oneself from competition and improve customer satisfaction?
Rocla has been a part of Fimecc's UXUS research program (User Experience and Usability in Complex Systems) in which Finnish metal and engineering industry companies have developed better understanding of the role user experience (UX) plays in business and how one can differentiate oneself with it.
As a result of a project, Rocla has launched two new products, electric counterbalance and reach truck, which have the best user experience in the market.
During the program the companies have experienced different paths to user and customer experience, of which examples are given in UX booklets (in English) and videos (in Finnish).
