Due to strong automation business growth Rocla is welcoming new entrants with open arms for a wide variety of tasks, both in an entry and more experienced skill level. You get to learn and develop your skills as a part of international team of highly motivated and inspired professionals. As we’re building the new digital platform to support our partner model you will be an important part of a great automation team to create something unique in the global market. You will also work closely together with our global partners and customers. Sitting all day at your desk is far from the actual work: you interact with different stakeholders and work closely with real machines and systems.


As a member of our expanding sales team you will be responsible for selling our automated guided vehicle solutions to both new and existing customers. You will also develop partnerships and manage channel partners. Your tasks include creating automated logistic solutions to our global customers and handling sales negotiations. You will also perform intralogistic analyses, prepare cost calculations and create customer quotations.

We expect you to have a minimum of three years of related experience in the logistics or automation sector and an university degree preferably in engineering or business studies. You are open minded, communicative and analytical and have a passion for making deals. You are accustomed to independent work and capable of handling large amounts of technical and commercial information. You are willing to travel and you can manage your tasks well in English. Other languages are definitely an advantage.

You will be a key contributor for the business, tasked with planning and realization of the marketing activities and events of Rocla AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) Solutions ensuring the global visibility especially in our target market segments. We expect you to take a proactive role developing the marketing message and utilizing the digital channels and web presence to distribute it globally, supporting other Mitsubishi Logisnext group companies with automation related marketing.  You are able to innovate, plan and produce content yourself with hands-on approach as well as  together with internal and external service providers for unified approach.

You already master the use of the marketing automation and other digital marketing tools, looking to develop your own capabilities in fast moving technology environment. More important than the polytechnic or college-level degree is the ability and vision to develop Rocla AGV digital presence to next level. You are independent and self-driven in your work, with ability to combine inputs from multiple sources to generate effective path forward. Ability to communicate in other languages than English is definitely considered as an advantage.
